Local friends who own a cake & candy shop called "Грими" (Grimi) contacted us in order to help them with a new indentity. Our goal was to develop a modern and playful design language using a combination of custom and stock elements. We didn’t want to take the classic elegant wedding cake design approach or go full on playful/children’s approach. We wanted to achieve the golden middle.
With the logotype we wanted to make it more organic and creamy just like the cakes, but still keep it more minimal and elegant. Making sure the right balance of serous-playful is preserved. With the colors we went with eye-catching purples and pinks. Check out the results of how everything comes together below. 🙂
